My leadership story began in the United States Air Force, where I led teams in the most demanding and uncertain environments imaginable. The highlight of my military career was serving as Commandant of one of the largest leadership development schools in the Air Force. There, I guided thousands of leaders to communicate well, operate with integrity, build trust, and stay calm under pressure. Those years showed me what happens when leaders truly see and liberate the people they serve.
After retiring from the military, I continued my calling to develop others certifying as a coach, speaker, training, and consultant. I've brought this experience to executive roles in higher education and corporate learning, years of consulting, serving as a veteran career coach, and pouring into my local church. In every setting, the mission stayed the same: help leaders communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and lead with confidence and peace.
