Description

You are invited to a free seminar hosted by Texas Health Steps Outreach and Informing. This seminar is for community leaders, health partners, church leaders, neighborhood associations, and non-profit organizations in Brazos and surrounding counties.
Participants will gain:

• updated information about state programs
• better understanding of Medicaid eligibility and application process
• greater awareness of the benefits and services for adolescents on Medicaid and how you can help connect them to services
• opportunity for networking and interagency communication.
