Description
The Texas Czech Genealogical Society (TCGS) is hosting "Spring into Family Research" Event on April 29, 2023 with speakers: Bernard Meisner (Texas State Speakers Bureau): “Techniques and Strategies for More Effective Online Searching”; Ken Breaux: “Known But to God: America's Twentieth Century Wars and the Search for the Missing (Finding or learning what happened to our MIAs and KIAs)”; Barbara Coakley: “Organizing Genealogy Stuff”; Tony Hanson: “Using Your Smart Phone When a Scanner is Not Available” and Danny Lesikar: "Czech Family Files”. Registration includes morning refreshments and lunch (grilled pork steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, tea and cake). Also there is a large Czech Gift shop for your shopping pleasure and Silent Auction. It is not necessary to be a Texas Czech Genealogical Society (TCGS) member to attend event. TCGS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit society.
