All scarecrows will reside downtown around the square. Please make sure scarecrows are weather resistant and sturdy, not violent, offensive in nature and no social statements. Scarecrows may not have moving parts, lights, or electrical components and no items of value as the scarecrows will be placed outside with no protection. Entries in the school and youth groups must be the original ideas and work of the youth members of the organization.
