Texas Czech Genealogical Society (TCGS) Moving Forward in '24 event Feb. 3, 2024. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Speakers: Jerry Haisler – “History of Learning the Accordion”; James (Jay) Crutchfield – “Changes in the Life and Times of the U.S. Military”; Patrick Janis – “The Texas Czech Pioneer Who Shaped Texas’ University Interscholastic League and Helped the Natural Beauty of Texas”; and Kimary Marble – “Continuing with Family Search”. TCGS Librarians, Garry and Kimary Marble as well as Danny Leshikar, with his personal Czech files containing over 150,000+ names will be available to assist you with your genealogical research. There will be a Silent Auction and Czech Gift Shop. Registration includes morning refreshments and a catered lunch.
