Join us on Friday, April 11th, for an Open House at the Health Point Caldwell clinic. Come meet our incredible providers, visit with our friendly clinic staff, and learn more about the extensive servies we offer at our Caldwell clinic. This will also be an opportunity to bring canned food or other nonperishable food items for donation to the local food bank.
