Elegment Land Meadowsville Subdivision Open House

You're invited to attend a free catered lunch, realty presentation, and property tour of the Newly Renovated Meadowsville Subdivision located just outside of Somerville! 

 

Newest members, Andrew Finger and Xing Gao from Elegment Land are the developers who will host this event at the Somerville Branch of Citizen's State Bank in the community room from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27th. 

 

Elegment Land specializes in bringing abandoned or neglected subdivisions back to life with newly engineered roads, drainage systems, primary utilities, modern restrictions and careful compliance with local rural water district and county environmental office standards. 

 

The owners seek to offer a price-competitive solution for land and home buyers who want the country life amongst oak trees, privacy from neighbors, and without burdensome HOAs. The owners look to offer a premium Buyer Agent Commission to incentivize sales.    

 

Originally platted in 1964, this refurbished subdivision with modern engineered roads, drainage systems, and primary electric lines. Lunch:

Each attendee will enjoy a Hot Plate meal catered by Mama's Kitchen, a 4.5 Google Star rated restaurant located right here in Downtown Somerville. They will be serving Chicken Fried Steak, Corn, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Onion Rings, Green Beans, Sweet Tea and all of the fixin's. Following a short lunch presentation by the developers, attendees are invited to drive out for a tour of the property located off Hwy 60 in Lyons, just 10 minutes away.
