The day kicks off at noon with a flag raising ceremony\, the Annie Maud Avis Memorial Chili\, Bean and Salsa Cook-off and demonstration by the Legends of the Texas Rangers. \n\nMule Driven buggy rides will be offered $3.00 children and $5.00 per adult. Tour the 1898 Burton Railroad Depot all day.  DJ music. Silent Auction rounds all day long.
